Homemade Rear Dropout Allignment Tool?
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has attempted to make one of these with old, (straight) axles, and some extenders with nuts and bolts? I just want to check the alignment, and manually maneuver the dropouts with a wrench. Is this a difficult process with a steel frame?
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Actually, the attachment is the Park Tool, which is very expensive for a one time event. I'll look for the Campy tool, but I imagine it's probably even more expensive.

Could also try a using a cheap vernier caliper (less than $10 and very useful for other things) on the inside measurement end.
