Anyone up for a NITE RIDE?

I had such a blast on the last Indy night ride that i want to do another.

Any know of a nite ride coming up that is within 2-4 hours of chicago?

Would anyone want to get a little group and do our own night ride?

The more rides this summer the better!!

Moonlight Ramble in St. Louis, 8/25-26. Join 10,000 - 15,000 of your closest friends for a (roughly) 10 or 20 mile loop through the city. Info here:

https://www.moonlightramble.com/mr/index.html

This can actually be a pretty fun event once the initial starting herd begins to break up.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

I'm not sure if it's a good fit, but there is a local bike club in St. Louis that does a bunch of night rides. They are called the, *ahem* F-ing Bike Club, and their website is https://****ingbikeclub.blogspot.com (you actually have to spell it out). They ride every full moon, and sometimes in between. This is mostly people aged 21-35, and they typically do about 20-30 miles per ride. Each event has a different theme (weird bikes, dress codes, etc), but everyone is welcome. I typically ride on either my road bike (Lemond Tourmalet) or my trail bike (Marin Kentfield) and do just fine. The group is very "colorful", so as I said, it may not be for everyone. However, if you're open-minded, it sure is a good time.
