Vancouver BC Bike Route Planner (now w/ slope selector)
A colleague of mine put me on to this: https://www.cyclevancouver.ubc.ca/
I don't know who authored it, nor do I take any credit, but I will point out:
The map can be set to select bike routes in the city
It can re-direct your route based on limitations you place on maximum slope
The map identifies cyclist-operable traffic lights on major city streets
A nifty thing, aprticularly for planning a daily commute! Now if only we can get this as a mobile app!

Yeah I saw this while googling for Vancouver Bike maps.
BTW, Lower Mainlanders can use the Central Valley Greenway. It's not bad. Need better signage.
