How come no one posts listings from New York here? I know, if I ask for it, it becomes my job, but our craigslist is so full of crap plus professional bike flippers.

I am not sure $650 is a good price for this ‘89 Krono TT bike but the 105 looks to been replaced with 600. https://reno.craigslist.org/bik/d/bi...546016161.html

Geez: Fly out to CA, drive to Santa Barbara, buy that CdI, put on a larger freewheel/cassette and some decent tires, ride Eroica, then ship it home or sell it to Wally's Bikes in SLO.

That's a great deal on a REALLY nice bike. Looks to be a 1985 model though. Not an '87. '85 was the first year for the Ironman, and my personal favorite.

58cm Colnago Sport 12 speed ready to ride 5'10 to 6'0 - $375 (Lowell)

make / manufacturer: Colnago
model name / number: Sport
size / dimensions: 58cm
I have a sale a vintage 1980's Colnago Sport 12 speed 58cm double butted steel frameset most likely Columbus tubing, Campagnolo downtube shifters, Campagnolo derailleurs, Universal brakes, Universal brake levers, Ofmega Mondil crankset, Sella Italia suede saddle, 3T seat post and 27" Weinmann alloy quick release wheels. The bike was just tuned up with new brake cables, new gear cables, new chain and new bar tape. Colnago release the Sport model I believe in the 1980's in attempt to enter the normal road market since they were mainly known for super high end racing bikes. The decal on the seat tube says Velo Sport and from what I was told in a forum some of the Colnago Sports were made by Velo Sport bicycles in Canada. Would make for a great adition to any collection or pimp it out and ride it. Sold for cash and pick up only. Please mention name, item, location, a phone number for a response all other emails or texts will be considered spam and will be ignored. Thanks

It's also suffered crash damage; the pic of the downtube gear levers shows the telltale paint cracking. Looks like the RD gear lever is bent inward in that photo, too:

And then there's this period-incorrect aero Campy brake lever set:

For $2000 it better be perfectly PC and undamaged at a minimum. This is a joke.

Both levers look that way to me. Could be the levers are mounted on the wrong sides.
