If the lathe gets going again, I might as well get a pair. Thin, brass, if you're still making multiple kinds.

With apologies to the OP, but given that he currently doesn’t have inventory, here’s a link to a 3-d printed bit that eliminates the need for that outer and easily lost nut:

Interesting “bandaid”, but doesn’t keep the vintage look.😊
Cheers,
Van

If by "vintage look" you mean the rider walking up that hill because his barcon slipped after he lost that unique rounded nut, then sure, that's one way to go.

That's very clever.
The cream-coloured plastic doesn't look too bad, the black is sort of nubbly and nasty.

For the brass ones -
Belts arrived, spent yesterday tidying up and installing.
More locknuts in a few days (another bit is in the jaws right now, see post my next about bb spacers...)

One of the things I miss about my last job . We had 30 some tool and die makers back then I would have taken the one I have back to one of them and they would make me a dozen

This thread gets bumped up when I’ve recently acquired a bike with my first set of ST barcons and with the “included” missing nut.

do we old customers need to send another PM (if it's been since June 2021 since the last one was sent)? Or do we keep our place in "the line"?
Don't misunderstand: I know oneclick is a one-man operation and is making these "boutique" goods as a labor of love and not going to make much if any profit, so I'm not being snarky.
Just want to understand the current process and keep my marker in place.

I gave up a year or more ago. If these ever show up I'll eat my words but my take for now: never gonna happen!
If somebody here actually got Sun Tour Barcon Locknuts from oneclick...tell us how it happened!
