Wahoo Kicker Snap V6

Hi guys,
I bought a Wahoo Kicker Snap V6 last August 2023 and since the beginning everything went well; I enjoyed it a lot. However since February 5, 2024, I have the following problem. I usually ride on Rouvy with friends. When I want to do a training session, I can see my avatar on the starting line with the others riders. But when we begin pedaling, my avatar does not move forward and consequently there is no data fort me. I see the others riders going away and also their data but for me, nothing. It is very frustrating. I check all the connections and everything seems to be OK. What could be the problem and how can I fix it? if there is anyone who could help me, I would appreciate very much.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Wahoo makes an app so I would be inclined to try that. The app is on the phone.

Your trainer possibly had a failure. I agree to try the wahoo app, but also you might want to contact wahoo support

Does Rouvy see your Snap? Do you have any other BT connections like heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, etc that Rouvy sees? Can you try Rouvy on another device like a laptop? I have same trainer but use Zwift. Sometimes I have to reload the app or select the trainer, etc when I start up. Bluetooth can be flaky. And like others use the Wahoo app to see your trainer status.

I find ANT+ to be flaky too sometimes. Try a different connection and device to see if it is the device or connection and not the trainer.

Nowadays, kickrs often fail in a way that they still have communications.
OTOH, Hambini has a video about power dropouts on a snap that might be worth watching.
