Super Gran Prix incomplete, missing a lot of original stuff. I don't see much value.
IME, selling hubs, you need to open and inspect them. Then service them. Take lots of pictures. Selling locally (= easy, peasy) is a non starter in my market. Incomplete hubs, with no cones and no axles, lots of luck selling those.
Check SOLD pricing on ebay.
Cruiser stuff is outside my knowledge. Try the CABE.
You should attempt to sell the best bike of the lot. Based on how well that goes, pick the second best bike, or donate. Local sales are the easiest and tend to bring the least dollars. That girls Hornet would make a fine donor for someone restoring a boys Hornet.

btw, it's not a "Super" Grand Prix. It's a late 1970's "Grand Prix"
