Actually, it's still April lol. I'm going to shoot for 350+ in May.

I'm going to cut down my mileage to something I can actually hit. Going for 300 miles in May, after only riding 250+ in April. Maybe I can actually hit that number...

I'm going to shoot for 350 this month. I might be able to pull off 400+ if I can make it to all the shop rides in May, but they say a good way to hear God laugh is to announce your plans. 350 doesn't have the potential hilarity that 400 does.

1200km this month. Picked up a new commuting day that will add about 100 over the month. Going for 300km a week and 80+ km in the weekends. If I can do 1100 I can do 1200. Also went shopping and fit... clothes off the sale rack in the normal sized (Korean - read tiny) person section. Yay! I can fit ordinary clothes again. In fact I found 34 inch waist track pants that fit comfortably. Roll on the long rides and see if I can get that down to 32.

After hitting my goal of 100 in April, I'm not sure what the safe bet in May should be. Let's say 150 and hope for 200. Who knows maybe I can hit that. It is only 20, 10 mile rides.

It's only April you gun-jumper!

Well, I shot for 200 in March and got 220. Aimed for 250 in April and got 300. Put me down for 300 in May, but I think it will be hard - the kids weekends are starting to ramp up into "super busy" from just "busy"

With the Tour de Cure Century ride scheduled for May 20 plus the weather getting better day by day I think I can reasonably expect 600 miles plus. April has been rather nice to me as it seems likely that I'll be 200 miles over my goal by the end of the day if I at least get on my bike this afternoon.

But it is the END of April! You know the saying "failure to prepare is preparing to fail!"

If I keep the same pace that I did for the past week and a half, in theory I should be able to hit 400. So we'll see.

519 miles with 26842' in March, 471 with only 20,485' in April (Turkey hunting killed my ridding).

A century and a metric signed up for in June with Paisan, (Chef :-O) et. al. so I'll get in 163 and 14k feet.

(Sandbagging like my computer again)

I'll say 450. I've averaged just over 460 for the last two months so I should make it.

Count me in for May. I'm going to shoot for 275 miles.

Need to get some good rides in in preparation for my Tour de Cure ride on the 27th.

(any size donations accepted; see link below. Yes, shameless plug LOL)

they say a good way to hear God laugh is to announce your plans
Keeping this in mind I will plan for the following:

750mi/1207km

Push ups: 3 days a week, I'm maxed at 35 over 3 sets

Crunches: every day, I'm maxed out at 50 over 2 sets

3 servings of fresh vegetables every day

and just to throw some more goals in there Finish Andrew Jackson Biography/ finish my fixie bike project/finish music book

The current forecast for this evening's ride is 70% chance of thunderstorms between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. So I'm already off track. Oh, well...

I was a bit slack in April due to travel conflicts so I'm hoping to get at least 450 in May, we'll see.

Last month was the first month since last summer when I began setting goals that I did not meet my goal. Dang foot!

I am going to play it by ear. I am also traveling the second half of this month. I would like to get in 300 miles if my foot can take it because June 2, I have a metric century ride with friends.

I only rode 118 mile last month. I'm going to shoot for 200 this month - which will be a record for me. I'm going to try to commute at least 2 days per week - at ~24 miles R/T per commute. Leaving the house at 5:45am on a bike ain't easy.

Shooting for 300. Did 200 in April with a week away for work so this should be attainable. Would love to hit 400 though. Going out for 30 this afternoon. If I can do 100/week then I should also hit my weight goal of 210# by the end of the month as well. Shooting for 205# by Tulsa Tough weekend.
