They're Suntour Power Ratchet shifters, OEM from mid-1980s mid-to higher-end bikes, takeoffs from 1987-1988 or so when the original owner wanted to go to indexed shifting. Very good condition, very little use, no rust, with original black covers. I'm thinking $60 for the pair would be a reasonable price, and would get them back into service.
I have another pair that are fully functional but not as cosmetically pristine. I can't give a good price on those until I can dig them out tomorrow and assess their exact condition.
