I can get this for $700. Seems like a lot but it might work for me. Probably around 25 pounds but I'm looking for a road bike that I could ride without aggravating my neck issues.

It has better than stock parts on it with the wheels being the standout (Phil Wood hubs). It may be worth $700 to the right buyer considering those upgrades parts. However, the market is bad shape right now and most casual riders want disc brakes on their bikes. It is missing the paint matching front rack.
A friend bought a mostly stock same year 2012 Casseroll for $450 a few months ago and he is happy with it. I wanted it, but thought it was too much.

The price is on the high side but the parts are very good. Plus it looks as if the geometry works well for you which is a big plus. The market is slow. See if you can't get this down to $500-$600.

The question is it worth it to you, personally ?
My opinion is it's overpriced, regardless of the names on the parts. At the end of the day, it's still just a bike.
