Campy NR Brake Levers and Calipers...

Since I have not been able to find a buyer for my Basso, I intend to harvest the component group and sell the frame/fork with headset. I would like to know what a NR brake set is worth. All original including little used Campagnolo brake pads. The hoods are still fitted but, pretty much, dried out. What is the complete set worth in your opinion..?

75-100 for good clean calipers.
50-65 for decent levers w/no hoods.

BF price adjustment; probably -20%.

Good to know. I still have the ones from my Raleigh Professional along with a few other assorted parts

Selling those brakes without cleaning/rebuilding will fetch 75.
But that chrome looks fine and you've got aluminum shoes.
Fully disassemble and clean with mineral spirits and a toothbrush.
You need quality tools, like box wrenches in 7, 9, 10, 11mm and a 13/14 spanner.
Don't scratch anything. Use a good thin grease and use sparingly.
In my opinion, you could get closer to 150.

On a side note, try cleaning that rear derailleur occasionally. Never seen one look so pitiful.

History on ebay is higher than the above prices.

I might have accepted $150 but there is a bit of a catch for me. With the brake set, I have a complete NR group on the recently purchased Basso, including bb, crank, front and rear derailleurs, shifters, low flange hubs and seat post. Not really sure that breaking the set up for less than $150 is worth it to me. I will be stripping the frame set soon, leaving only the head set in place. The rest of the component group goes into its own Campy box...

On a side note, try cleaning that rear derailleur occasionally. Never seen one look so pitiful.
Just some dried chain oil but I do agree. Before storing the set, everything will be cleaned up spick and span. I will, most likely, remove the hubs from the wheel rims. Complete wheels take up too much storage space and a costly to ship, in case I ever do sell the group.
