3x15' Threshold on Sunday - 10' rest between.
3x10' 40"/20" 2x10' 10" full gas, 50" rest - 10' rest between each set then - 1 hour tempo with a 20" burst at about 330w every 3 minutes then immediately return to tempo.
There is no such thing as Zone 2 until at least September. Stop going there. You're either breathing heavy or in AR.

Fell for the “as seen on TV pressure washer”. I never buy these products but this seemed like it could work?
It does not work, and the one nozzle that does actually remove crap from my driveway is so narrow, it would take me a year to clean my drive way.

I came close once. Not voluntarily. Was sheeting a very steep chopped up mess and a storm blew in from behind me. Ice cold rain dumped on me. Started sliding foot bounced over the 2x4 nailed on the roof as a safety when I lost my footing. My ass caught it. I never really cared for working on roofs after that.
going up / down a ladder not a problem - but the transition to and from the roof from the ladder was a nightmare
fortunately my dad preferred ‘hipped roofs’ / low pitch (many if not most houses he built) - so once up on the roof typically not too bad ( my dad was a carpenter / home builder / GC etc )
the time I puked I was carrying shingles up a ladder … two story duplex … would break a bundle up into smaller stacks so I could carry them up the ladder … I was sick that day - but my dad / they needed my help ( a labor ) - so no sitting out this one
when I got to the top of the ladder began to feel worse and lost my balance - began to fall backward and lost the shingles - the other guy grabbed my arm and pulled me up onto the roof … they continued to hammer while I laid on the roof puking

theres something wrong w the way that BB was installed I would think? I go to town on my bikes a few times per year with the hose and ive never had BB problems
