The picture doesn't make it as obvious as I'd hoped, but check out the bars and brake levers on the bike closest the camera. I'm still trying to work out what he was trying to achieve.

I also wondered if it was meant to be the parent who was allowing that little girl to "race" in a skirt. That could end badly.
