Thrift store find - bmw bike! Is it real?
Hi all,
I found this at my local thrift store & thought it was the coolest thing. But trying to look it up, I can't find one like it!
The closest I found had the same frame/shape, but it had a mono shock in the back - I can't seem to find a hard tail in this frame?
I appreciate any help with this (also the age/year if possible?).
Thanks again

These were as said a folder fairly low end Tawain built bike from the early 2000's they came as promotional extra with BMW SUVS. I would say worth about $150-175 if in excellent condition and the folding mech works good.

Certainly not of "BMW quality", from what I can see. More like Mazda quality.....
Being a BMW, though, you will have to drive it like a doosh.

Hey I like Mazda's, especially the Rotary ones. Gave plenty of bigger engine cars a run for their money back in the day.
Other than that yeah, a BMW named bike made in Taiwan? I agree the quality is not that great and aesthetics...um well I guess it is a folder so.. bottom line, if you like the bike and get use out of it good stuff. It could be a pretty good utility bike in convenient folder package..
