Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The boiling was less effort than a scrub brush and dawn soap.

A lot of stuff. This is one of my favorites by Annie Lennox. The dancers in the video are a tribute to the Trocaderos, an all male dance troupe. Mrs John's brother was a member of the Trocaderos until he helped form another troupe who performed in Japan for years.

I could be wrong, but I think so - no obvious haloing or bad edges. Probably a real camera, or maybe the background is far enough to blur heavily.

I've never boiled a bike part. I can't recall ever boiling a car part, either.

Hopefully I won’t need to boil anything ever again. Now I just hope once I re wax it the shifting smooths out. I really don’t want to take that cassette off again.

I only vaguely remember her solo stuff and never listened to a complete album of it, might have to check some out when I get home tonight.

I could listen to Love is a Stranger and Here Comes the Rain Again over and over.

RMOT

Double, double toil and trouble;

Fire burn and caldron bubble.

Fillet of a fenny snake,

In the caldron boil and bake;

Eye of newt and toe of frog,

Wool of bat and tongue of dog,

Adder's fork and blind-worm's sting,

Lizard's leg and howlet's wing,

For a charm of powerful trouble,

Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.

Double, double toil and trouble;

Fire burn and caldron bubble.

Cool it with a baboon's blood,

Then the charm is firm and good.

I use Dawn and a brush. Never boil on the stove.

Went through all my small parts and nothing compares to that spacer, which tells me it had to come off the back of the cassette.

Chain is freshly waxed. Bike one of 5 done.

Tomorrow, I will show you what I can do with an air fryer, dirty chain rings.
