Weight loose tools
I'm not selling anything!
However, statistics show that people who track what they eat/drink loose weight better.
And I've found a great site, and app for smart phones.
https://www.myfitnesspal.com/
Again, this is a free site!! The I phone and android apps are free.
Look me up if you join, I'm "gassyman"

I use that one. I also use Endomondo for tracking rides, etc. and it hooks into MFP very well.

I have that app but it's a PITA to add meals and such.
Im trying to just be healthy all the time (although it would be nice to have an exact number for calories)

I also try to do good all around but it is interesting to note the psychological aspect of keeping a food journal.

I use MyNetDiary app. It's working great. I have a Bluetooth capable weight scale and blood pressure monitor that automatically downloads my data to MyNetDiary. You can also use it via their website at MyNetDiary.com and it matches any info you input on your phone or iPad, syncs up. No affilation here just a happy user.

I actually started using myfitnesspal July 15th. I'm down 7lbs in the two weeks, so I might be a bit more faster for the next GMR ride
Logging food helps, $hit load of miles help too, but making a few meal adjustments was the ticket.

I use Mynetdiary, it's pretty easy to keep up with for me. I've been trying to keep my calories down to 2000 a day and it's much easier when you can see everything you're eating.

MyFitnessPal has helped me a lot this year. I've lost ~30 lbs since starting on it in May. Entering food can be a pain at first, but once the foods you eat most of the time are entered it gets easier. Sandwiches can be challenging because you have to enter each ingredient separately.
