Can that be serious?
I suppose 7410 would put it in the mid 90's.

I wonder how many NOS parts just end up sitting around. Perhaps intended for an uncompleted build, spares purchased, but not needed, or unsold store stock that just became old.
A lot of older NOS bike parts still turn up, easily back into the 1950's. Heck, in the Auto world, NOS Model T parts from the 1920's are still common.
For example, these show up on E-Bay from time to time.

Guess that DUI suspension must be over now. Either that or we have yet another overpriveleged kiddie with no idea about what the bike is actually worth (<$300).

I think this one might be a little optimistic.
Front Wheel For Sale - $75 (Eugene, OR.)
Do we need an "instructables" on how to lock a bike?
Front Wheel For Sale - $75 (Eugene, OR.)
Bike was recently stolen; all they left was this tire. Really nice road bike tire for $75 firm. Message to come see it in person.

They do put in the ad "This is a beautiful wall hanger"
There are quite a few other brands of aluminum forks available. I wonder how the frame would look with a replacement fork. $120 is probably not a bad price for the frame, bent fork, headset, bottom bracket, and shifters.
Bikes are okay, I guess.

It's been a long time since I've seen a Vitus up close, but I think you're seeing the swaging in the tube so it'll fit the lug. Notice it is visible on both the top and the bottom of the top tube and can be seen on the downtube also. No doubt about the fork, though.

Gotta love this marketing:
"Have not measured the frame but it is definitely a small frame for a small person."
Yeah, don't wanna put too much time into it and actually measure the frame. Better to just estimate.
"Almost-new condition, get it for about half off MSRP! Runs great as is, but I was going to tune a little and rewrap bars and sell for more. Get it now for less!"
Yeah, get it now for $550. Kinda interesting bike, tho, if it is Reynolds 631.

Is that one of those Terry bikes with the 24" front wheel for smaller ladies?

Western Flyer girls bike (Vintage 1950's
Fantastic wording.
The frame needs cleaning?!?! Rust covers 100% of the exposed frame.
There isn't scrape non the seat?!?!
It has a gaping gash thru it.

Nothing like spending three times the value of a low end bike on a set of wheels, then asking 5 times what it's worth.,,,,BD

I guess this isn't wacky but it confused me for a moment. The lowers of this fork are bridged on the back instead of front like normal.

That is weird, for a cl bike instinct (and experience) suggests the fork is just installed backwards, but the disk brake and the manitou decal on the bridge say otherwise.

Some Terry bikes have a cohesive look but this one really, really doesn't. I'm trying to figure out what's throwing it off. Handlebar and shifter angle, skinwall front and black rear, tape color? Or is it the huge brifters on the tiny handlebar? Mismatched and missing accessories?
Here's one locally.

Here is a great YouTube video about Terry Bike Frame Design. See additional parts.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sD7rq568Nvw
One of the issues it covers is that to build a small bike, one must both shorten the seat tube height, as well as shortening the length of the frame.
As the frame is shortened in length, toe overlap becomes more and more of an issue.
I kick my tires every once in a while, but I have to also wonder if certain riders are also less tolerant of toe overlap.
Anyway, it becomes logical to go with a smaller front tire.
I would expect matching front an rear tires. It is also easier to carry spares if all tires are the same (although, it is also also easy to bum a spare 700c tube in a pinch), or even buying spares may be easier.
Is gearing the reason to go with 700c in the rear? One can use a 11T x 54T (or even greater) gearing if the small tires are a problem. But, I suppose there are as many reasons to favor 700c as not. I was hunting for flat resistant 24" road tires recently, and the selection was woefully lacking. I did end up ordering a pair of Schwalbe Duranos from Europe.

Let see, stem shifters, turkey levers, saggy chain, yep, worth at least $90. That's a bargain.

About the only way that could have been improved was if it was hanging from the ceiling.
