Nice, I would say 300+/- . The fact that it has bottom bracket and headset may push it a little higher. The condition makes this bike desirable , 60cm is a bit large for some folks so you may have to be patient. I ride an early seventies Super Mondia 63cm because I have long legs and have been riding 25” frames since the seventies so we are out there and buying bikes. I bought ,recently, a 60 cm racing bike from the eighties that is just a bit short but totally rideable for me and the great deal I got helped my decision. That is why there is seat post adjustment! Your bike is nice and trust me there is a person out there who would build that up nicely.

Kibuki,
It’s a fine ride. Good for hill climbing & sprinting due it’s light weight/stiffness. A taller bike than I usually ride. I’d keep it...if it were a few cm shorter. Just getting on in the years & have other bikes that are smaller, Time to cut some loose.

At least in my local market, I can't get interest in frames. But this frame will sell well on ebay.

As a note I Like the very nice functional clean build in the photo's as whole bike. But do not include whole bike pics no matter how nice when selling a frame set include new recent photo's of what you are actually selling additional pics add confusion and actually hurt selling.
