BMC and carbon fiber crack

1- Did anyone has esperience with bmc warranty claim?
2- Do you think is that a crack for real? Also how much is "safe" until the new piece arrive?
3- What force or stress caused it? and it Is possible to repair it?
4- That seatpost is going to snap whitout any notice or is getting worste until is noticeable? (i'am asking because i have some races coming soon and i don't want to skip them).
5- The battery has some protection or is possible to snap the di2 battery too?

I can’t tell if that is a crack… But if it is, it was probably caused by overtightening the seatpost clamp. Do you own a torque wrench?

Next month i have 4 important race and i can't even wait the warranty....

Probably i'm going to buy one (at least i hope to find one used) and then wait for warranty to send a new one back and then sell the remaining seatpost... so i can still race.

Do you think can be a scratch? with the old saddle the line was exactly were the frame hole end, is a place were get dirty more often. But also is strange because the clamping mechanism is on the other side and also a lot under that line.

Can't tell if it's a crack. Can tell you that I tried to claim warranty for something similar on my BMC D post and was told no luck as the shop thought it looked like over-clamping user error. Ended up asking the LBS to order a replacement post for whatever ridiculous price BMC charges, but I never picked it up from the shop as I found a slightly cheaper used one on eBay. I don't think the LBS was happy about that but the OEM post took forever to ship from BMC.

Sure looks like a superficial scratch to me.

Try the coin test.

If it were my part, I'd sand away the clear coat, inspect, and clear coat again if there's no damage.

But if i sand it... probably the warranty will became null
the coin test seems ok but is not a secure test to do it.

That does not look like a crack to me, looks like a scratch from over tightening the seat post bolt. Get one of these... very low cost, run it down the seat post to see if there is anything on the inside. I use one of these things to check my dryer vents and ac drains to make sure there are no build ups in the lines.

Just looks like very superficial scratches in the video, probably from insertion into the seat tube. Nothing that would worry me, but maybe it looks worse in real life. I don't see anything that looks like a crack.

The shop that actually examined the post said it was a scratch, but you want other opinions based only on a video? If you want valid second opinions, send the post to a handful of forum members and let them examine it.
