Jumping back a couple of weeks here but that's because I'm just now jumping into this thread.
Definitely hot with the only critique being the already mentioned seat bag and fork steerer sticking out too far above the stem. Also, the front quick release being on the wrong side is minus 1 point.
My favorite color is red and favorite color combo being red and black so I'm biased here (when I post my bike, that will become very apparent). I'm also a fan of color matched rims so bonus points there.
Speaking of wheels and skewers, do you want the matching rear skewer for that wheelset? Funny story but I have two identical rear Rolf skewers in that color but no front. I will have to double check if they're for 130 or 135. Yours for free plus cost of shipping.

IMO, the red Trek would be better served with black bottle cages. The red cages break the clean lines of the frame tubes.

01 Zurich - all stock except for the seat possibly. When I bought it the stem was upside down, brake hoods an bar angles were all wonky. New bar tape, bars/hoods in the correct position, fit and adjusted for me.

#1 reason is that hideous saddle cover. I'm sure it's comfortable but pretty it is not.
The seat bag isn't helping anything either.
The Mavic decals everywhere is weird and I'm not digging it.
The black to red fade bar tape doesn't make sense as red isn't a dominant trim color. Solid black or a fade to yellow or silver would work better with the color scheme.

I'm a sucker for color matching trim bits so the blue rims and saddle are on point.
I'd add that colorful bar tape would be a sweet addition. Blue, yellow or blue/yellow fade would be spot on, though nothing wrong with black bar tape.

The black Emonda:
-Bars need to be rotated down a pinch, and the shifters need to move up a bit on the bend to keep them in the same location. The handlebar ramp angle shouldn't be positive. Oh and not bar related, but I think this one might be hotter with a flat top bearing cap and a non flat stem.
The black Aethos:
-Bar rotation looks okay, but the shifters are too low on the bar. I've seen this a lot on AXS equipped bikes, is this some kind of quirk with those shifters where they're uncomfortable in the normal 0-5° up position?

-Not wild about the old school ergo bars, but if you like them then I'm not going to hate. The shifters are too low on them in my estimation, the rotation of the bar looks okay though. Are those 3T Forgie's or 3T "THE"s? I had a set of THE's on my old Lemond and they're the only handlebars I've ever had fail on me so beware of old aluminum.

Getting the hoods in a decent spot has been a struggle - I went by stock pics from the Lemond catalog - the hoods are way down low on the bars.
