Feeler/WTB Cheap Damaged Steel Frames (Denver)

Starting to dip my toe in the framebuilding waters and would like to get some practice repairing damaged frames, replacing tubes etc. So if anyone (preferably local to Denver metro) has something waiting to be reborn, lemme know! Thanks!

I have a Trek 9xx MTB frame with a damaged top and down tube. It's made from Tru Temper XO Steel. You can have it for the cost of shipping if you're interested. FYI no fork, just the frame.

I would visit the Trips For Kids co-op in Denver. Last time I was there, they had a pile of junk bikes in back. I pulled one out of the pile and salvaged some parts for a small donation.

I gave a crashed RB-1 to Community Cycles here in Boulder. It is hanging from the ceiling now but I'm sure they would let if go for next to nothing. I rolled out some dents but it looked like it had a couple of cracked lugs so it was retired.

I have an early 70's PX-10. Has some wrinkles in the paint. 531 DB frame. May be ridable if the rider recognizes the risks. Yours for shipping.
