Billing is a rabbit hole, there are entire books dedicated to it. You can bill based on complexity OR time spent. I usually base it on complexity.

No kids, Snorkeling would be cool, jet skis. I like to explore/ hike. If I can get my hands on a bike that would be cool too. I’m not sure that we discussed a budget yet. We really don’t know what is out there, we havnt traveled anywhere other than orlando.
Honestly, I would rather go to Zion or California and drive down route 1 but that’s not what she wants.

What I really want to know is how long is a reasonable amount of time to expect a (witch) doctor to devote to discussing existing issues?

I matter? Thanks.
Ride was faster than advertised more like 2.2-2.3, I hung on ok until computer froze.(25 mins into 60 minute ride).
This is second time new HP laptop PC froze during Zwift. I have no clue why.

My "Usual Suspects" midweek ride is on for today. However, I was "volunteered" to work today as one of my partners is away for a prolonged family medical emergency (her dad had a stroke and is in rehab so she has to watch her mom who has dementia, so it's a legit absence), and they needed someone to cover her morning "walk-in" hours.
So I am stuck at work today. Phooey.

I use a moka pot, so I’m sure the water or steam is plenty hot for the making of the coffee. Once it’s in the cup though, I add a dollop of room temp water to make it drinkable.

I have vacation in August, and Lily and I want to go on a vacation. She wants something tropical with an all inclusive. I am okay with that but I want stuff to do. I really don’t want to sit on the beach the whole time or pool. We both don’t drink so I can see myself getting bored. Any suggestions of where to go with things to do would be awesome.

There are some reefs that you can get to without a boat, just fins and snorkel. The jungle around is mostly second growth, but it's close enough to Venezuela that there is a remarkable variety of bird life. Also some interesting native orchid species, if you're interested in that stuff and there in the flowering season. There are plentiful places to explore...or at least there were 30 years ago when last I visited.
A boat is better, for reef diving. There are plenty of people making a living there taking out tourists for reef exploring. The best zone (most light) is pretty much the top 30 feet anyway, and you can reach most of that without scuba gear, once you get good at equalizing your ear pressures.

Yes, it is possible to have twins with different biological fathers. The scientific term for this anomaly is “heteropaternal superfecundation,” and it’s super cool. “Heteropaternal” signifies different fathers and “superfecundation” means the fertilization of two ova during the same menstrual cycle by separate mating actions. In other words, it is a phenomenon where a second egg is released, and two acts of sexual intercourse can lead to the fertilization of these eggs by two different sources of sperm. The short story is they’re just fraternal twins with an extra twist.

Here are my thoughts for first timers to the islands:
Grand Cayman - lots of snorkeling, most like the US in terms of development, Atlantis submarine is really cool, can find just about any water sport you want, Ritz Carlton is really nice
Providenciales in Turks and Caicos - one of our all time favorite vacation spots, fishing, parasailing, snorkeling everywhere (there is one reef just off the shore that is protected and has a lot of activity on it so lots to see), good food, day trip to West Caicos to see the caves with stops to snorkel on Iguana Island and a beach where there are tons of starfish.
St. John, USVI - probably the prettiest place on Earth, get a car and explore the island, lots of snorkeling, has not completely recovered from Irma. Almost the whole island is a national park. There are hiking trails in the mountains that are worth doing.
Antigua - Some really cool old English navy forts overlooking the water, zip lining in the rain forest, a cool blow hole along the water, really pretty beaches.
If you can, skip the all-inclusive and try different places for local cuisine. You'll thank me for that later. A lot of the Creole food is really good, and you don't get that as much at the all-inclusives.
The Caribbean is not a bike friendly destination, so put that aside.
