Well, it appears that the air is clarifying, and also there is an "atmospheric river" heading for the burn area in northern CA and southern OR this weekend.

So you believe that the air quality inside the home or some stuffy gym is better and healthier than being outside ?...Not to mention the boredom and lack of experience on Zwift is enough to make me choose riding outside. I'll take the risk with bad air quality rather than suffer on Zwift.

Yeah, actually it is.

And if you find Zwift so boring, don't do it, but, for the Nth time, dude - OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES FROM YOU. I understand this is a difficult concept for you, but I assure you, it's absolutely true.

It’s the weekend. Take her with.

I think his argument falls under #3, but it could also apply to your addition.

A few years ago I got some new cycling shorts and I asked my kid, "do these shorts make my butt look fat?"
"No, dad, it's your butt that makes your butt look fat."
She was 9 years old at the time. I was so proud.

Ahh, finally, the smoke clears:

But my head still hurts from Friday's smoky ride (migraine). An easy spin shouldn't hurt that much.

I had a nasty headache, too. I assumed it was COVID and took a test. (It wasn't positive.)
