150$ for this rear wheel, is it worth it?
I don’t know the year but probably from 2009/2010, it has a dtswiss 240 hub. Also do you think that it can fit my bike? To give you a reference I have an old 2005 Look KG386 that currently has 23c tires.

Rim outer width might make the aero advantage diminish if you plan to use wider tires on it.

That's a tough one. The DT240 adds quite a bit of value. It's the rim profile and whether or not it will support tubeless that is the rub. If you don't have any other prospects and don't intend to run tubeless, I'd venture to say $100 is more than fair. If you intend to run tubeless and the rim won't, then I'd say pass unless you already have a nice modern aero profiled rim to lace the DT hub into.

It might also be a tubular rim. Is that what you are wanting?
Don't do what I did long long ago and think tubular meant it used conventional inner tubes with a normal tire. I think the bike shop guy got a good laugh out of that.

Looks like a tubular rim. Those were nice wheels that came out about 14 years ago. I just got rid of a set (f+r) of the shallower versions (also tubular) for about $500. They were pro-tour quality wheels back in 2010.

Shockingly, Gatorskins are available in tubular.
On topic:
Some discussion I've found on WW about those wheels seems to suggest the hubs are not 240s but instead a Reynolds OEM of lower quality. Also, almost certainly a tubular wheel. $150 is high for a decade+ old carbon tub wheel with borderline no-name hubs.
