Yea, was looking at that yesterday; it's a BEAUTY for sure, but if I got that, I wouldn't want to take it out leisurely, and would keep it in the basement and wax it every day lol. It's too nice for me

I would lob an offer and see what happens, IMO not a bad deal, you could be hard pressed to find a premium frame like this in your size and price range.
I have a 53cm FUSO that is 51 ctc as Dave measured his ctc + 2cm, old English style as he was taught.

I have a very nice Nishiki Comp III. Tange 1 frame tubing, 700c wheel size. It came with mainly 600 tricolor parts. Whole, or just frameset with headset and seat post. Message me if you want more information. Shipping is easier (and cheaper) for just a frameset.
