SRAM 11sp shifter with 10sp RD
can you use SRAM 11 speed shifter with 10 speed rear derrailleur and end up with 11 speed system?
I'm just a bit curious, since an RD travels in one continuous motion (not stepped) and the one that's responsible for it to move/stop to the next gear is the ratchet mechanism in the shifter body
so if a SRAM 10 speed RD has enough motion to travel along an 11 speed cogs, can you make it work?
