Spearmin

I have lateral play in my rear hub. The videos I have seen show a small adjustment screw on the non-drive side that is loosened and the bearing quickly adjusted. For some reason, I don't see an adjustment screw, only a black plastic cover the rotates by hand. Should I try to remove the the cover? Will the adjustment screw be under the cover.
