Schwinn Vantage 1.Any information?
I have an opportunity to buy a new one at a closeout price . $500. Is this a for real $800.00 bike?Components etc.comparable in quality with
others in this price range.
I'm not concerned about resale in a year or two. I am totally green when it comes to components and their quality.
Any input is appreciated

dunno but you can get a Schwinn Vantage F3 Men's Flat Bar Road Bike on Amazon for $495.62
specs for both:

If it's the Vantage F series hybrids then you are better off posting here:

The components are different then what you get on a road bike so people here might not be as familiar. There is a Vantage Rx1 which is a road bike but also much more expensive so I'm guessing you are talking about the F1
