I don't own one. From what I've read on a few other forums the reviews are mixed. Some people love them and others found them rather blah and not worth the money. You probably need to do your own research on it.

I've been looking at their bikes for quite sometime and I love their style. If ever I would get a Ti bike, I would get myself a Great Divide. Can't wait to win a lottery!

When I married my wife about uh... 27 years ago we built her up a Merlin Extra light. This last Christmas I got it upgraded/rebuilt and got it to 13#, 12oz with pedals ready to ride.
Pedals have been changed since this picture. So 1993 frame, 1992 seat post. We could get it under 13# with some work, but the extra 1# for Ti over carbon is preferred.

The hill part? This is of the best climbing bikes. Ti is best for climbing.
As you see it here it is likely faster climbing than anything they'd have in the tour.
-1.2# lighter than UCI regulation
-Ti generally is thought to have a better spring/feel for climbing than carbon, alloy or steel
-Those wheels are many grams lighter than what they ride in the tour (Froome used to use them, Sponsor shut it down).
-Stem/Bar height is high (getting replaced) and ideal for more upright position in climbing

I need water and gear range.
Obviously, not everyone is the same...though most of us benefit from water.
Anyways, it's a really coll looking minimalist setup. Skeleton like, almost. Bare bones of what's needed and fly.

Reviving this thread, as I've recently been made aware of No. 22. The Aurora in particular has really peaked my interest. Not cheap... in fact quite expensive. The frameset alone is about $6k USD! However, I have wanted a Ti bike for a very long time, and the geometry is spot-on perfect for me and my riding style. I'm not in any hurry to pull the trigger. It may be a year or two before I make the purchase, but that bike is calling my name. If anyone owns one or has riden one please let me know what you think. Thanks!

Not an owner and never ridden one but, last fall, this region’s brand rep showed up at a couple of group rides with a No. 22. Months later, I am still drooling. It was the most beautiful and tasteful rig I have seen in almost 50 years of riding. A few months ago, after inheriting way too much money, I contemplated either a No. 22 or a Baum. Could not make up my mind and finally decided I already have far too many sweet bikes than I will ever deserve. But, I am still jonesing after a No. 22.
