The bane of cyclists' existence is the loose dog. If they're vicious, they bite. If they're friendly, they run into your front wheel -- sometimes ending up worse than a bite.
So . . . is there any route / course tool out there that allows you to find (or mark) areas where loose dogs are known to be? Do Garmin or Strava have this feature? Is there an online map that provides this information?

The only one that I'm aware of is UpRide, which is a Cycliq site. It primarily focuses on dangerous driving, but there are also animal encounters. I don't know if you can add to the map without video, but you could reference the map for course making.
