New rider in NYC
Hi all,
Recently got back into cycling and bought my first "legit" road bike, a Schwinn Paramound Series 7 (circa 2010).
I live in financial and frequently bike up the bike path on the westside highway.
Wanted to introduce myself to the forum and hopefully looking for some other people to ride with.
Also, apologies to anyone in the area if I made a rookie or noob mistake while riding as I'm just starting to learn about biking etiquette in the city. The last time I biked, I lived in the middle of nowhere Delaware.

Welcome!
During the week, I ride from South Ferry up to around Morton Street. So if you see an ombré purple/pink mock cruiser with fat whitewalls, give us a wave!

Howdy, Phenotis. Welcome to Bike Forums!
Fellow FiDi resident here.
Well, kinda sorta. Holed up in the ‘Burbs for the time being. Otherwise, I’d be glad to ride with you.
Not sure what’s going on with the New York Cycle Club or the Five Boro Bike Club right now but you might want to take a look and see if they are back doing rides in some form or another yet.
I hope to see you out there!
