Peugeot Bike, Hubs, and Rims

Hi all,

I bought two bikes and have already found out one is a Peugeot PX10LE (77), but the other?

The other problem is trying to match the correct wheels, hubs with the correct bike. I have three rear and two front between these two bikes. For the rears, two are Mailard helicomatic hubs, and one is 700 with a gold decal. Wheels are all 700c. Two look to be Rigida 1622 red sticker. The others are Mavic Module "E". I'm trying to pair the correct hub wheel pair.

velo352-

Look down on the non-drive side chainstay. There is a small, white paper rectangle. On it will be printed the model on the top line, the frame size eg; 58 and , on the lower line, a serial number.

I think it'll end up being a PH501 due to the 103 fork, but as indicated the model number and other pertinent info are on the circled label. Looks like a yellow Technium behind it.

Meanwhile, where are the pics of the PX10? Might want to get a confirmation on that also, I doubt it'll have a similar sticker given the year.

I believe that the red PH501 should have Helicomatic hubs with Rigida narrow rims.

There were a couple of different model year versions, i.e. color variations, fork material (103 vs. 501) and crankset differences (French vs. Japanese cranks).

Here's a slightly different version:

The PX10LE should I think have the Trophee model high-flange hubs with four-lobed plastic knobs on each QR nut.
