Does anyone know how I might rebuild this Airforce 2 pump?
There is no pressure.
I would guess that the end piece is not sealing well but it seems to have an O-ring.

Option 1:Find a known good one, remove the good parts needed to rebuild the broken one, and fix it.
Option 2: Find a known good one, throw broken one away and use the good one.
Option 3: Get a new pump, preferably not a Specialized.

Have you contacted Specialized to see if they have spare parts available? Not that I'd expect it, but it just might happen!

But he offered a discount code to buy a new one.
Since the I found another O-ring which seems to be the problem.
I've greased it and the lump works but I will replace it.
Decent pump - pumps on the pull and the push.

That pump is old, thinking pushing 20 years or so, and Specialized did decent stuff back then (sure I have one similar that still works).
At the same time, it's old and has done it's service, so time to replace, getting spares for any mini pump that old will be challenging, and the time would be better spent in buying a new more modern one, rather than sourcing possibly non-existent spares.
