What Sugino crank is this?

I’m not sure if this crank is considered classic or vintage, but I picked up a mid 80’s Raleigh Mixte today at a thrift store, I’m assuming an Olympian, and this is the crank set that is on the bike.

Sugino RT. Early 80's sounds about right. Used on 'bike shop' quality bikes in the mid-price range back then. 110mm BCD.
