I bought a pair of SQLab 502 pedals in the XL which has 15mm extension in the axle. https://www.sq-lab.com/en/products/p...ls-502-sq.html
I bought the heavier flat on 1 side, SPD on the other side model (they have SPD on both sides, Look Keo RC7, and flat models).
Adjusting from frog pedals to SPD has been interesting for me.
I put these on my folding bike. Interestingly, you can use the standard pedal wrench on the flats, or the 8mm pedal wrench on these pedals. I installed Restrap diagonal velcro pedal straps on the prosthetic side, to use when not wearing my cleated shoes.
I have the 15mm extended pedals on both side, and my arthritic knee is happy, and I can use the flat or cleated side with prosthesis.
