There used to be a website that had lots of century rides broken down by state and date listed in descending order throughout the year. Don't remember the exact site though?

If you're a member of bikejournal.com (and you should be), then just go to the "Rides" tab and click "View Rides" and you can search by date or by state. There are tons of rides on there, and you can even add your own if you want.

You need to let us know where you're at. In the midwest then Mike's list (mentioned earlier) is definitely the best. Active - although a great source - doesn't even come close for centuries.

Talk to your local clubs (or join if you haven't) and the LBS' in your area. They should be able to provide upcoming annual rides and notable centuries. Most clubs have websites and/or newsletters.
Also, each state has several MS150 rides and Tour de Cure Rides.
