Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Post your TT bike pics

Do any of you guys have high end TT rigs? Or was your spending on it appropriate for the number of TTs you do?

Why do you hate the low end?

Whoever designed that one left off some rather important components.

This pic doesn't have the Nimble tri-spoke front wheel on it. I'm going to get it repainted flat black at the end of April.

Ace of Spades? Does that mean you've done a spade of Wild Cats, or that you're a MotorHead fan?

MotorHead. I had originally had a really cool Betty Page decal that I was going to use but I thought with two little girls in the house it would send the wrong message.

Yes, I am riding in the mountains this weekend, but not on this:

Hi voltman,

I've posted this before and Event Services noted how it was his most hated frame of all time:

Note that it now has a short cage derailleur on it now.

I know that Velo Allegro was using this frame as their team bike at the turn of the century. I find it to be the harshest riding bike I've ever owned but since I only use it for TTs and TT training I can live with it. BTW, got it cheap (<$500 shipped) a few years ago. If I can go under an hour this year with it I might get another 50th birthday bike.
