Wow, how a cool-- a bunch of ******** ******bags reinforcing the image of cyclists as irresponsible cowboys. Makes me wish I owned a car, so I could run one of those jackasses over.

wow. you think people are being irresponsible, and threatening assault with a deadly weapon is your response.

"Assault with a deadly weapon"? Please. My response is pretty much in line with the irresponsible baloney displayed on the video. A motorist makes a mistake, it's lynching time. A cyclist deliberately endangers himself and others, and it's "oh, those wacky kids havin' fun on their bikes." Where I'm from, you play by the rules, or you don't benefit from their protection...I have zero respect for a bunch of middle-class wank*rs playing toughman in traffic.
Take your humorless, hysterical garbage and shove it...or learn to use that wet mass of sponge you're [presumably] carting around in your skull.

I didn't think the video was that interesting. I liked the earlier Lucas Brunelle videos better..they had a more raw, amateurish quality to them and were not so cut up with fancy edits. Being able to flow smoothly through traffic is a beautiful thing, but this video only captured chaos, sloppy riding, and stupid daredevilry. I've pulled stunts like that in traffic, but its nothing to admire or celebrate. Its not very wise; nor does it take much skill...you just have to be able to override your common sense momentarily with adrenaline. Sorry Queerpunk, but I really wouldn't feel sorry for anyone who got crushed by a vehicle if they were riding like that.

Rad.
Racing in traffic is about the most dangerous, idiotic and irresponsible thing you can do. But omg its incredibly fun to watch and is just nuts to participate in.
Id rather see bicyclists illegally racing than any car. The odds of a cyclist hurting someone isnt too high, they are mostly the vunerable ones. And these types of races are not very common so its not like its constantly causing traffic/health issues. So let the messengers have their fun a couple times a year.
And solving irresponsible cycling by saying you wish you could hit them with you car. Just wow.
