Complete with what looks like a reversed fork to keep from having to mount the prop too far away.

It would be one way to keep people from drafting you.

Might be kind of cool with an ultra light weight wing assembly and a geared set up to increase prop rotation speed too

Suppose your top speed in still air is 15mph. That means with a 15 mph headwind, you can pedal for all you're worth and remain motionless.

Realistically, a couple of big squirrel-cage fans might work as well (ie, poorly), and be easier to gear up, less dangerous too.
