Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Stan's tire sealant in tubulars?

Does anyone run this stuff in their tubulars? does it work? is the extra rotating weight noticeable? are the team high road kits the most unsightly blemish of 2008?

Very common to use the Stans sealent in the western states due to the goatheads. And yes, it does work. The extra weight is not an issue, as you don't need to put a large amount in the tire for it to work.

+1 on using Stan's in tubulars, used it all of last year, no flats in 4000 miles.

No, but they do need work. It's a bit basic right now, but maybe that's the point?

Stans or the Tufo stuff works well. Never had a flat with the Tufo sealant.
