I love the look of your bike in both setups, really clean and very nice components. however that rear hub is sitting at the end of your dropouts, add a half-link for safety man I would have to see you post this bike wrecked or you injured because of it.

Yeah heh I know, I know. I'm mainly procrastinating because my rear brake doesn't have a long enough reach and if I go a little bit further up in the dropouts the pads will rub against the tire. And the skewer's actually biting onto a bit more dropout than it appears to in the photo. Thanks though.

My schwinn Varsity conversion - this is the day I bought it. I've since added foot rentention & bullhorns, other than wheels it's stock - and HEAVY, but a good beater & my first fixed.
New frameset on order, coming in this week & should be built up by next weekend - can't wait!!!
