Not sure if this answers your question, but I thought the Syntace Stratos bullhorn drop length were measured in millimeters from the clamp to the horns (instead of angle?), for example, the deepest drop one is 400mm. Here's a 400mm on my bike:

that photo looks like it shows the 200, 400, and 800 models. the stratos zero was only for the US market and isn't present (all three of those have a drop).

The ones furthest back are the 15 degree's I think. I would imagine they are measured in the following manner: put the center of a circle at the center of a pair of bars level with the ground, define angle zero to be parallel with the ground also, so angle 15 (or -15) is a 15 degree arc down from degree zero.

the one furthest back is the 800, which is not being made anymore i believe. You can find them on ebay from time to time

I ride the 400 (medium) drop, love it, 800's a bit too steep. Looks silly having the large drop with a stem flipped (raised). Almost as silly as negative stems with riser bars.

I have the 200mm drop bars.

I think the 400mm would be too much drop for me, personal preference.

That is very subjective. Nobody can really suggest a size without taking into account your preferences.

I prefer a shorter stem for my bullhorns compared to my drops. Right now it's a 80mm (bullhorns) vs 110mm (drops). No rise/drop on either. All this depends on your comfort level though as pointed out by fuggers.

this is good common sense, although the amount your stem length changes depends on many factors— there isn't a fixed rule of thumb.
