23c Tire for Skidding

Anyone have anyone suggestions for a 700x23 rear tire that lasts as long as my 28 rando?

Oh, super everwear I guess for a 23 now. My rando has some life left, hopefully the 25 comes out before it croaks.

the best skidding tire i have used is panaracer t-serv messenger. i donno if it comes in 23, mine were 25. I got them for free but ended up loving them. lasted a while and actually stopped me pretty well when I skidded...

the less contact, width wise, your rear wheel has with the ground the more force there will be on the point of contact. This is why you inflate 20/23X700C tires to higher pressures than 700X28C tires. A 700X20C will wear a whole lot faster than a 700X38C. I doubt you'll find a 23 that lasts as long as a 28.

Yea, I heard that those Soma Everwears don't really wear well and have a weak ass sidewall too.
Thanks guys, I will try:

1. Conti Hardshell Gators
2. Panaracer Ribmos and
3. Panaracer T-serv Messengers

I mean the sidewalls will stand up if you keep your pressure up and on the wearing it just gets stupid when it's absolutely squaaare

You might not like the Pana-T-serv's tread patterns. I think those were identical to Pasera. And, that tread pattern flips up sharp-fragments so they go "vertical" on the tire for some people. ...

Yeah I had herrrd that those everwears just wear down consistently, to a nice square profile. Squared tires are like flatzzz4dayzzzzzz.
