I wonder why taking out the parasite would cause that vomiting and a fever. You would think he would feel better.

I would guess vomiting just from being grossed out, though I wonder how he didn't vomit right away.

You're more likely to get sick in times of high stress. Pulling a worm out of your ass probably qualifies. Maybe it wasn't just a random sickness, though. Sounds kind of like food poisoning- your body knows it wants to get something out, so you quit eating, get a fever, and puke and poop everything out. Maybe the same kind of thing happens when a worm is yanked out.

I'm sure he'll be stronger in the future. I wonder how much one of those can take out of you.

I hope to never have to reach down there for anything except wiping. I guess some big doses of fiber wouldn't take care of that?
