Anyone recognize the frame?

I was in the city today, and I saw this interesting fixie outside of a Brooklyn Starbucks:

Does anyone know the frame? It looks kinda weird...

Its definatly a mountain bike frame, if your really interested thow it up on that forum. Theyd probably be able to identify it.

Off the top of my head it's a hard trail style mountain frame.
