Well, I received email confirmation from Citizen the other day regarding the order for my Tokyo. I ordered the bike this past Tuesday (6/14) and was advised the following day that due to "Unprecedented Demand" they were running a bit behind and that the bike would not ship until 6/21. Almost had me wishing I had scoured Craigslist further!
Anyway, I emailed Citizen Customer Service and advised them that I had plans to use the bike by 6/22 and if there was anything that they could do to speed up the order.
I received a reply within about an hour - very professional and accomodating that they would do what they could to speed things up. Update - I received an email last night (Thursday) that the bike had shipped - along with a Fedex Tracking number showing anticipated delivery by 6/21!
Pretty good customer service! - so far very happy with the experience and looking forward to testing out this little bike!

I ordered a Gotham1 on Monday 6/13 and they sent me the same e-mail. I am in the 3-4 day range for shipping and I did not receive anything yet. I hope it get's here by Wednesday at the latest.

I can wait on it for a little bit just hope nothing get's damaged in transit.
