Hi, I'm new here. 68 years old and retired Air Force. I ride with my neighbor who is younger, also retired Air Force. We ride atleast 5 miles when we ride and attempt to ride everyday. Miss some days and do exceed the 5 miles fairly often. I ride a Trek 7000 and have Brooks saddle on it. We ride at night some especially now as it is unusually hot here in Texas this year. I have a Niterider minewt 350--highly recommended. Putting new tires on my bike tomorrow--old not worn out but do have around 6,000 miles. I'm going a little narrower and going from 80 psi to 120 psi--gettting Continental Gator skins. Recently got an SKS Rekompressor floor pump and I like that too.
