Happy Fall, Everybody.

Enjoy your rides in the cool Fall air amongst the beautiful colours of the season for soon they will end. Then we will just have to try and ride in the drab seasonal colours and cold temperatures of winter. Fall is I believe the season of this forum as we all are either in our fall period of life or in the unfortunately unstoppable approach to it. Enjoy the Ride each and every day.

I was hoping this wasn't a thread about road rash.

What're you talkin about? Naniamo doesn't have winter.
But yeah, autumn is my favorite time of year to ride.

Oh man, isn't it great! We had the most brutal summer in human history here, but it's OVER. Century tomorrow, predicted high is 82 and partly cloudy. I'm gonna ride it like I STOLE it.

First fall storm comming in overnight, going to be a little breezy, winds between 60 and 90 K and 5 mm of rain tonight and tomorrow . We are getting away lucky though just north of here they're supposed to get upwards of 40 mms and someplaces up to 75mms. Now if this was someplace south of here they would be talking of wind and rainmegedon, here it's just a blurb in the local weather section of the news.

Yeah, it's fall alright, just looked at the forecast, it's supposed to rain for the next 9 days. Makes me wonder if I should put the road bike on the trainer earlier then I want to. September has been better then last year, but still was my worst month this year. I was aiming for setting the trainer up at Thanksgiving (Oct 10, note my location), but I am not sure I can wait that long. I am debating about setting it up in the shed, and doing a trainer ride out there. A couple of days are isolated showers, so if it's not raining after work, I'll just go then....
