Help Me to Choose a Pair Tubular Tires
I recently bought a pair Zipp 303 tubular rims, I am looking for some tires, this is my first tubular tire purchase, after some researches, I narrowed down to 3 choices.
Vittoria Corsa Evo CX Tire 25mm $68 each
Continental Sprinter Gatorskin 22mm $60 each
Zipp Tangente Tubular Road 23mm $75 each
I am looking for ride quality, comfort, gripe, ease mounting, I will use them mostly on pavements, training type of cycling.
Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

I'd get the Evo given those choices.

One thing to keep in mind is that the Vittoria and Zipp will have latex tubes. Latex tubes improve ride quality and lower rolling resistance. However, they also bleed air pretty quickly, such that you almost HAVE to pump your tires before every ride. I know we all try to do this, but I know I forget sometimes.
Those Vittorias would probably ride pretty sweet, but at 25mm, they are kind of counter purpose to buying an aerodynamic wheel.
From your 3 on the list, I'd go with the Zipp's.
Any reason you are looking at the Gatorskin versus the normal Sprinter? The normal sprinter should ride a little better and roll quicker because of the black chili compound and slightly less breaker, but still has good durability.

Oh, and one other thing is that if they are firecrest wheels, then the 25mm would not be as "un-aerodynamic" as if they are the previous 303s(they were 27mm wide, but designed for 23mm tires). If they are the 2 generations old 303, then even a 21-22mm tire may be better.

Zipp tests their wheels with 21mm tires.
All I've run is Vittoria tires. The CX and CR. The 320tpi of the CX is a noticeable difference between the 220tpi of the CR.
I've have to pump the CX's on every ride. The rubber tube in the CR lets me go for over a week without pumping.

Check out Veloflex. They have several model choices. All work well. They are a little spendy but last a long time and are a really excellent ride. I usually go with the Carbons due to the rough roads in Alaska.
Sprinters are just "ok". I've never used the gatorskin model but they've got to be even firmer than standard. Years ago I used Triathlons because of their triple layer construction, but since I changed to Veloflex I've never gone back.
