Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Have the Lynskey but am thinking about getting the Parlee. Thoughts?

and more importantly, why haven't you sent me one of your "old" Lynskeys?

I think I'd go something really boutique. Sarto, Guru, or some such.

When I find good deals i cant pass them up. I have had a hard time with my back on themy OS and was considering a tall headtube bike. I usually have 2 or 3 frames on my basement at all times.

I'm envious. I'm obviously biased toward the Lynskey, but that's because I'm eagerly awaiting my first to be delivered. Good luck with your decision...and enjoy whatever you end up with!

Have you ridden a Parlee? Myself, I would prefer the Parlee but everyone is different. However, if you already own the Lynskey then I would stick with it unless it isn't working. You would lose some value reselling a used bike.

I have no idea why this is an either or question if you usually have a few at ny given time. Get the Parlee and ride both, sell one of your other bikes. If you find that you don't ride one much, sell it later.

I LOVE Parlee, but I'd go Helix all day every day. My Lynskey was the best purchase I ever made

You have a Cooper. The Helix might just be a too stiff bike, as I understand.

Right on man. I was just curious.

I would rock the Parlee. I love that bike.
